• Provide expert product knowledge and friendly support to customers before and after the sale by phone and e-mail.
• Develop strong personal relationships with customers to gain trust, valuable feedback, and discover unmet needs.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products, services, and promotions offered in a frequently updated catalog.
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions to meet the sales and service needs of our company and our customers.
• Assist retail store operations during the Independence Day and New Year’s fireworks seasons.
• Other duties as assigned.
